We are a group of Jersey (except me the founder) Paddlers. This is a great group if you want to be active in finding people to paddle with. You will get out of this group what you put in.
You are welcome to join if you do not own a Kayak, but your opportunities to attend Meetups will be greatly diminished. EMS offers rentals at a few of their locations.
If you have never Kayaked before and think it is something you want to do, try it at the D&R Canal in Griggstown or Princeton (http://www.canoenj.com/) or take a tour from http://www.paddlerscove.com/ &/or http://www.kayakeast.com/
