Introduction
Hello. I have lived in the Richmond area for two years and have always wanted to kayak. Bought a boat last November, now I need to get it wet. I'm a beginner and ready to meet new friends and get the boat wet.
Tell us about yourself?

Retired Navy(submarines), working full time as a Project Manager building power plants around the world. Live in Midlothian near the reservoir. Love Mustangs (2006 Red, 1970 Blue). Like gardening, music, dinning, sports, good friends, travel, helping people.

What type of paddling do you like to do - flat water, white water, surf or ocean?

flat water, would like to try ocean after I become more experienced

How many years have you been paddling?

I'm a Newbe - Took the Chesterfield Recreation Department course in Sep/Oct 2007 to learn about kayaking then bought my boat.

What type of boat do you have?

11.5 foot Wilderness - Blue
