We are looking at about a 16-17 mile run. The put-in location is located at the bridge that crosses the Rio Grande in Rincon. We take Rincon exit, drive west to bridge where we can park our vehicles safely. There is a pull out point just before you reach the dam at Leasburg. This is a longer run and we will need time to drop off cars at Leasburg.

If you are interested in going please contact Jeri at [masked]. Participants can either meet at Rincon or at the Kmart in Las Cruces to carpool.

But, was baptised in the Rio Grande before we got started so was off to a good start. i have had 2 tylenol, 2 BIG glasses of wine and i am still in pain!! But, would do it again....so much so i plan on getting my own kayak! ”
